About · the studio behind Slotsy
A small atelier
making one thing well.
Slotsy is built by one person, in one studio, against a category full of well-funded scheduling tools that forgot whose page the booking is supposed to be on.
The honest version is short. We audited 887 reviews of the leading lifetime-deal scheduler and found a recurring sentence: "I'd pay more for white-label." One reviewer said "I'd pay $59 in a heartbeat to get the ads off my booking confirmations." Twenty-seven people upvoted that. Nobody shipped what they were asking for.
So Slotsy is the simple answer. Take the booking flow agencies and coaches already trust, strip out everything that signals 'someone else's tool', and price it once. No subscription. No 'powered by'. No ads in the confirmation email. No platform fee on payments. No surprise renewal at month thirteen.
Why an atelier and not a startup.
A funded scheduling startup has to scale to a hundred thousand users to justify its cap table. To do that, it has to add features for everyone — AI suggestion, group rooms, Salesforce integration, custom fields for marketing-attribution dropdowns your members will never see. Slotsy doesn't have to do any of that. It has 250 lifetime buyers and a plan to serve them well, then a monthly plan that grows at whatever pace it grows. That's the entire business model.
Who's behind it.
One founder — Jorgo — building solo, contracting a VA for support overflow when needed. The studio runs out of Tirana, on a Cloudflare stack, with European data residency by default. Slotsy is a deliberate product, not a side hustle, but it's also not pretending to be a 25-person company on its About page.
The pledge, repeated.
The five lines on the home page aren't a marketing flourish. They're the contract — the things the studio commits to never doing, even when there's revenue on the other side of the doing. We won't inject ads. We won't print 'powered by' on your page. We won't sit in your payment path. We won't surprise-price you. We won't bolt on an AI assistant you didn't ask for.
If those five lines stop being true, you have grounds to publish a teardown of us as long as the one we wrote about TidyCal. That's the deal.
The roadmap · dated, not 'soon'
What's shipping when.
- EDITION 01 · summer 2026
v1 — the nine features.
Custom domain · white-label emails · hybrid sync · event types · BYO Stripe · reminders · branding + CSS · embed widget · HMAC webhooks. Tested. Locked in the lifetime price.
- v1.1 · Q4 2026
Outlook native · PayPal · SMS reminders.
Three deferrals from v1, in order of buyer demand. If reviewers don't ask for one, it slides — we don't ship pre-emptive features.
- v2 · 2027
Team workspaces · group events · recurring.
Multi-user accounts, cohort-style group bookings, weekly-recurring meeting templates. v2 is when Slotsy stops being strictly one-to-one.
- NEVER · —
AI assistant · attribution dropdowns · 47-field CRM.
There are scheduling tools whose business model is to sell every adjacent feature. We're not that. Slotsy stays a scheduler.
